PRIVATE POLICY

APPOINTMENTS- Massage appointments are by appointment only. All services are mobile.  If you like an office location, it will be located at Island Acupuncture in Kill Devil Hills, only on certain days. Scheduling is available Monday- Sunday. To ensure appointment availability, I suggested a regular series of appointments scheduled or booked in advance. During booking your service, a $50 deposit is taken to secure your time and day. The deposit is used towards your service. If booking a large party, a credit card is kept on file, and a $200.00 deposit is taken at booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY- Late cancellations less than 24 hrs. will be charged 50% and lose your deposit for your service.

You may call and leave a message to cancel or reschedule your appointment by phone ONLY. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled office treatments will not be scheduled for future appointments unless they pay in advance. Pre-paid appointments and gift certificates will be forfeited for no shows. 

SANITATION AND HYGIENE- My Massage Therapy policies on sanitation are that all equipment and linens that come in contact with all clients will be cleansed in an approved method. Before and after each massage therapist's hands and forearms will be washed with hot soapy water and or a disinfecting solution such as alcohol.  

SCOPE OF PRACTICE- Therapeutic massage is intended to be a health-enhancing system that promotes body balance and efficient body function. Sea-Renity does not diagnose or treat any medical condition.
